The idea of heaven has always scared me.
Is it really real? Is there really something out
there as wonderful as people make this out
to be? To me it just seems impossible. But
maybe- One day. It may seem possible. After
all, you just have to believe. Right?
Forget to bump the shutter speed back up after attempting some blur shots on the previous train, a slow shutter speed created quite an interesting image of Q386

yesterday i was looking at the mirror when suddenly the blood started to come out of my nose...i waited and kept looking at it... and then i got the idea LOL...so it's real blood

With the right type of light, at the right angles, the Slave River reflects the colors of the sky. A sixty second exposure pulls maximum color out of this scene.
Last August
Albus arrived at the shelter with about 6 other cats from a home where their caretaker had died. He had a deep seated infection in his eye that wouldn't heal and it caused painful corneal abrasions. The day I met him he had just come back to the shelter after weeks in foster care. He's now in a loving home.

Sometimes you feel like a duck and sometimes you don’t. This happens to be one of those rare moments when posting a duck simply feels right. When in doubt on Flickr and you have depleted many of your photo ideas, post something that normally works for the majority of folks. Very few people can say no to a fine looking Mallard Drake like this one. This fellow was exceptionally colorful and the light cooperated perfectly. The wing up was an added bonus. Here is wishing you all a great weekend.

You Meet A Zombie! Even though I did want Slo Mo I decided early on I was not going to hunt him down. If I'm at a store that sells MH I would obviously check the shelves but that was it. I was at Target on Sunday trying to get some info on my phone which is having issues and made a quick stop by toys before leaving and there he was. So at least something good came out of my phone trouble.
Sometimes, wisdom comes for bad mistakes! Sometimes it comes from life! Sometimes people don't have it at all!!!
