A flat car battery gave me the perfect opportunity to photograph this weeks macro Monday …. Every cloud :)
I used a wide angle lens with a 13mm extension tube to get close.
This is an adaptor that can fit in any electrical socket and accept any electrical plug; an essential for any internationally traveling photographer.
This photo is a composite of 6 files. The lighting was simply the room lighting.

Further experiments in micro 4/3 and back to an occasional series "Get a Room" all shot with a long vari-focal lens using available light. Hand-held, the focus is a bit soft, but I like the crushed shadow effect.

I bought this set so that I could remove the battery from the car, after having drained it accidentally. Since then it sits unused in the toolbox. Looks like a church organ.

Gali wearing the parts I casted for SuddenlyOrange's "Sockets" character in Reviving Bionicle 4, Episode 3. This early version of the parts doesn't have the yellow gradient of the final.
A non-photo day, as I mostly trying to change the leaking thermostat housing on the Fiesta. Frustratingly not finished, but getting there.
