Aerial views of Snapper Island sitting 1 kilometre offshore in pristine aqua green waters of Batemans Bay Australia. It was a popular spot for smuggling as contraband could be hidden in the cave and rowed to shore in the dead of night and it also had a back door escape route. Now a popular kayak or paddle venture.
I was very pleased to catch this Skoda-Liaz model 706RT seen parked for a short while in the Prague suburb of Lipanska.
Seemingly still in use, I'm guessing that this old girl must be one of the few that survive on the roads of the Czech Republic?
A great old survivor as it seems from a little research that this model was last produced around 1990.
After seeing 28 Strike Eagle passes I think the snappers below this Strike Eagle may have to give up this hobby??
Nearly walking by it, I see a tail sticking out that looked like a dinosaur in hidding. Turned out to be this guy.
The inside of a snapping turtle shell. This is the first decent daguerreotype I've gotten in a while as I've been having constant exposure and fog problems This one still has a little fog, but looks pretty good anyway.
Went down to snapper rocks on the Gold Coast this morning.
Was not the best sunrise but came home with a couple of reasonable shots.
Could not decide which one to post.
