Købt til overpris!

Snapper here grow to in excess of 30lbs but the ready availability of smaller specimens make them an ideal choice for plenty of action.

Think this is a yellowtail snapper I caught. Different than most fish I have caught before.

Red Snapper. Live at Milk Club, Moscow, Russia. 5th October 2009.

like it's straight out of my grandmother's kitchen, i swear this was the only way she knew to cook fish.

didn't matter if it were trout, snapper or bass, it all got coated in corn meal & pan fried to perfection.

add some fried potatoes & sweet onions, there to help any accidental fish bones to go down a little easier as grandma would say, and you've got a plate full. or in my case, a saucer.

Female snapping turtle nesting roadside at Kejimkujik National Park

When I went out to our mailbox, I was surprised to see this 16" snapping turtle in the road. When I got back with a camera it was hiding in the brush.
