Ideals per a un aperitiu!
Desplegueu un rectangle de 200g de pasta de full i talleu-lo per a la meitat. Pinteu generosament els rectangles amb mostassa de Dijon i escampeu formatge parmesà ratllat.
Agafeu una salsitxa (o una i mitja depenent com de llargues siguin) i poseu-la al llarg a un dels rectangles. Feu el mateix amb l'altre. Tanqueu cada un dels rectangles i segelleu-los amb una forquilla. Feu rodolar una mica la pasta de full perquè la costura quedi tocant el costat.
Feu talls transversals de mida més o menys igual amb un ganivet. Pinteu els talls amb llet, mantega o glasa d'ou (1 rovell + 1 cullerada sopera de llet tot batut). Espolseu llavors de sèsam per damunt.
Es pot fer amb frankfurt i queda molt bé també.
Coeu-ho 15 min al forn preescalfat a 210ºC.

This restaurant opened in January 2018; it was built in 1964. Golden Skillet was the earliest tenant I know of existing here, but I'm pretty sure they weren't the original. The building later became Bon Air Cleaners (as seen (and until the later 2000s the skillet sign was still intact as seen here with the skillet sign still intact), which closed in 2008 and became David's Beach Pharmacy on December 29th, 2010, which relocated to a new store nearby in March 2016.
I paid way too much money for popcorn and a soda in the snack bus and I was glad to do it. If it keeps the drive-in open another year, I'll pay twice as much.
