We fixed a snack dinner -- Cheese Fondue, Cocktail Meatballs, Cheese and Crackers and Salami, Black and Green Olives, Wine, Apples, Pears, yummy.
This is a string of wrapped up insects that are in the process of being eaten by the spider that lives in this web.
I was gonna have a medical procedure that required fasting, and I hate to be hungry, so I packed a light snack bento for afterward. Then I forgot it at home, but it was okay because I was too groggy to eat until we got home anyway.
The fork and spoon are from a kid's set from Ikea. The elastic was from a bento set from ebay, and the box is just an ordinary piece of (non-bento) plasticware. The cloth is a bandanna type scarf.
I snacked on this bowl of yogurt + honey + berries while doing yoga, taking photos, and coming up with brilliant ideas with Judd. :]

Saigon's late snack: dried sea food. Fried on the spot, this ambulant delicacy brings color and live to the city.
The humming birds have been busy at the feeders and I was lucky enough to catch this one coming in for a drink.
Just regular cute fabric and unbleached muslin lining with soft Velcro closures. If you need a tutorial, this one is close to how I made them:

7-Eleven, nicknamed "Little 7" (Chat Jai) by the local, has operated in Hong Kong since 1981 under the ownership of Dairy Farm. With most locations being in urbanized areas, approximately 40 percent are franchised stores. In September 2004, Dairy Farm acquired Daily Stop, a convenience store chain located mainly in the territory's MTR stations, and converted them to 7-Eleven stores immediately upon takeover. As of 2009, it has 950 stores and made it a second place for the highest density of 7-Eleven stores after Macau, with 1 shop per each 1.16 km².
