A racing driver walked away from this mangled wreck with just bruises and a broken cheekbone after he flipped his car twice in a 120mph crash and landed sideways in a ditch.
Wallace Menzies, 42, was competing in the century-old Shelsey Walsh hillclimb race in Worcestershire when he lost control of his DJ Firestorm car on a bend.
He was left precariously balanced in the wreck of his hillclimb car for more than 45 minutes as race marshalls and medics battled to free him and take him to hospital.
Mr Menzie's car had careed off the closed public road yesterday and struck a high verge to driver’s right.
It was sent flying through the air and flipped twice before ploughing into the side of the steep hillside.
The driver was taken to hospital but was discharged just a few hours later having suffered a broken cheek bone, cuts to his face and bruised shoulders.

On of the drivers that swerved out of the way and landed in a nook near a telephone pole, and the RR tracks.
...with BBQ oven roast, corn and rice.
Tonight's dinner.
We haven't been cooking much red meat lately......I suppose because the kid has no interest in eating meat!
So the roast is a bit of a special treat, I guess.
[Can't completely deprive the husband of red meat!]
Of course, the kid ate the "smashed" potatoes he helped to make. And some corn.
Police told me that i should understand that if I live in a neighborhood such as this, then I should expect this sort of thing. Maybe it falls under this catagory: www.flickr.com/photos/monkeyatlarge/71072834/

"People are fucking weird. We all have shit that we carry in our heads that doesn't make any sense. At least alcoholics have the tools to work through it . . . Steps. & talking. Listening. Crying . . . I think my first year, I must have cried tears I'd been saving since I was like 8. It's hard to live your life honestly, you know?"

Although I have been told that all of my images have ghosts in, by someone who sees these kind of things.
All of the shots are the jpeg's from my camera as I currently don't have any RAW processing software because my computer is broken, so I may replace these shots when it has been fixed.
Amid a horrid new housing estate is this place, largely stripped but good to visit nevertheless. I performed a quite frankly downright rude access to get inside, and wasn't disappointed.
