As usual during a night observation you see as minimum one strange object on the sky. This was just a cloud which looks like UFO (or UFO likes cloud :) ). I was waiting when the cloud was in the right direction near the Milky Way Galaxy.

Alternate world views for grasping the subject. Remnants of a cholla stem, Sonoran Desert near Tucson. Tracts of the remaining bark are seen below right and above left (a bit orange) of the skeleton.
Iona Beach area is rather windy, so it is not often to see nice reflections. Merged from several photos taken with a telephoto lens.
So happy I reached to the beach before the sun went to sleep Sitting inside all day and then went out hiking immediately after the meeting, was the right thing to do.
This photo was from New York Upstate Catskill Mountains. It was done near White Lake in London Cottages Bungalows Resort.

Reflection and light create abstract patterns through the bouncing and bending of light, with flowing lines and sharp angles that shift based on the angle of the light.

I'm still away and trying to catch up, but wifi not great!!
Golden hour breaks through brooding clouds above a calm bend of the Mystic River, casting radiant beams across the wooded shoreline. Reflections ripple gently beneath the sky’s warm glow, framed by leafy silhouettes and a quiet riverside fence. A serene summer evening in coastal Connecticut.
Laminar flow over granite slabs, Tuolumne Meadows, Yosemite. Areas that don't reflect the sky allow a view of the underlying slabs through the clear mountain water.
Hung around St Georges Basin late afternoon, snapped this just before I left and headed home back to Sanctuary Point

This photo was taken at "that spot" again!...
When there's a chance of a colourful sunrise, there's only one place to be within a short walk from my home under lockdown - that's Penryn Quay!
I love to shoot watery scenes at sunrise (or sunset) - as you get twice the impact! Any colour going on in the sky is reflected in the water. Here I've used Penryn River, but I could equally potentially use just a puddle.
Although I'm now getting a little bored of shooting from the quay, I couldn't pass up this opportunity - with the most colourful "candyfloss clouds" I've seen since lockdown!
if you know of another good place close to the quay - please let me know in the comments! 👇👇👇

We were chasing aurora, but with a bunch of clouds we ended up with a nice calm sunset reflection instead 😊
Imagine
A couple of frogs;
"Can we see the sunset this evening dear"
"Of course"
And off they go
They have this favourite spot by their lake, so they will jump off to that place
It has the best view ever
There is a little rock in the water that glitters when the sun sets and the colors are so nice
Nobody else has seen this
Everybody else just hurry off, jogging, stressing back to their houses, so many things to do, clean the house, kids are attending activities, dinner preparations, shopping for more stuff they really don't need, working overtime for the money they don't enjoy because they are so tired of it all
But these two
Yes
They have found their meaning with their life
They love the small moments of joy, the simple life, the less is more-kind of life
Not everybody would like it that way, but they have come so far in life that they treasure every breath they breathe and cherish every moment they can bring together
They have some few treats in their picknick basket, and a couple of glasses and a bottle
Dipping their toes in the water
Watching the sun set
The colors change
The water is looking marvelous
The blue sky reflection is lovely
The yellow clouds are reflecting too
There is even a green leaf in the water, catching the last rays
"Shall vi try the water dear"
"Yes why not"
Not much clothes to take off
Skinny dipping is easy for these two
You can hear a cry of pleasure when she jumps into his arms, its a Splish Splash for sure
Oui, c'es la vie
Sunday preach a la Eva, you are welcome ♥️
Finally caught me a half decent sunset tonight. It was looking pretty dodgy with all the clouds sitting on the horizon the ocean was pretty still so I was lucky enough to catch some cool reflections.
Just a minute from my house I get to see this every day. The stillness soothes my soul, and all around me I am blessed with the best beaches in the world, sunrises and sunsets that are awe inspiring, God paints a new picture for me everyday
Sending this image remotely from Bridge Lake this evening.
A feiry red sky, reflecting off the glassy surface of the glassy waters, combined by the motion of the boat wake in which I am traveling in.
South Cariboo Region of British Columbia
Bridge Lake, BC
Canada
The small community of Bridge Lake, located in the Interlakes district of the Southern Cariboo, was originally situated on the historic Fur Brigade Trail. The Fur Brigade Trail dates back to the early pioneer days of fur trading and was a combination of waterways and overland trails, used to connect trading posts. After the construction of the Cariboo Wagon Road during the 1860s the Fur Brigade Trail became redundant.
The beautiful Interlakes area is aptly named the “Fishing Highway”, as anglers can access over 300 lakes, making this one of the best fishing spots in British Columbia.

Captured Sept. 14, in the late afternoon with iPhone while having a day in Philly.
It was getting to the end of a bright sunny day when we turned down this small side street and I spotted this great weathered windowsill on the heavily shaded side of the street.
The warm late afternoon sun was being reflected off the white walls of the building across the little street. This illuminated the windowsill giving it some warmer highlights and a lovely glowing wall reflection, icing on the cake.
Very lightly edited on the iPad in Snapseed.
The stainless steel shingles on the exterior wall of one of the theaters at the Science Center of Iowa in Des Moines. It was partly cloudy, so the blue sky reflects on portions of the image.
