Bei der Fahrt durch den Djüpini kommt man automatisch an den markanten Felsformationen der Faröinsel Esturoy vorbei. Interessant sind dabei die kleinen freistehenden Felsen Riese und Hexe unterhalb des Ediskollur (388 m) , aber auch die vielen Wasserfälle in den Fjord wie hier am Rivtangi.

Very fortunate to catch this scene just before the storm arrived. The sky and train color did bring us some warmness in the cold winter.

I was able to catch a gorgeous sunrise and will have many more images to share from Mono Lake. Finally made it home after logging 1100 miles on the car and a very rewarding week in so many ways.

Lots of thunderstorms this afternoon, this one is collapsing.
