Lots of fresh bay leaf, lemon and lime zest, lemongrass, etc. The overall effect was a bit too citrusy for me. C+

Now located in Neillsville, Wisconsin, this building was Wisconsin's Pavilion at the 1964 World's Fair in Flushing Meadows, New York. The pavilion was dismantled after the fair and moved back to Wisconsin and stored in Boscobel. In 1967 the Central Wisconsin Broadcasting Company purchased the building and rebuilt it here in Neillsville where it is home to a radio station and gift shop.

I've been brought up to avoid street food (hygienic reasons) but how can I not try these popular snacks? I ordered a skewer of pig intestines and the lady prompty dunked it in a wok-ful of bubbling oil before unloading it into a jar of dipping sauce. It was tasty but messy (and it burnt my fingers too).
