Another tip for you... something I've started doing is instead of using toothpicks to colour my fondant or icing I use a small metal skewer (or turkey lacer, like the ones you use to hold a roast joint together). I can then easily wipe the end with some kitchen towel and reuse. I found with toothpicks, even after wiping, I would need a fresh one for different colours, etc. This method is not so wasteful!

Ingredients
For 4 servings
1 clove garlic
500 g ground beef
3 bananas
2 eggs
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tsp paprika, sweet
4 drops Tabasco
40 g butter

I thought it'd be cool to have a rack that can be used with my 135mm front-axled Jones fork and a normal (100mm) fork without doing any adjustments or mods, not have anything dangly, and still be lockable. So I took a Yakima Steelhead bike rack and mounted an old school Yakima "clamp" rack to the tail end of it. The Jones end worked fine, but on the other end, the Steelhead side is not clamped to a bar. It was wobbly as hell. I'd never mount a bike on there with this setup. Looking for a better kludge :)
