For this assignment, you will formulate your own project on the theme of Genres. you should research your chosen genre, and produce work that explores the boundaries or limitations of that genre. Some photographers will blur the boundaries of two or more genres.

 

Research page on the work of Bill Brandt. I research Bill Brandt as a possible way of combining Portrait and Landscape photography.

I got to go for half an hour today! Actually, the Sketchbook staff let me stay a few minutes later. And for that I'm very grateful. I looked at only a tiny portion of the beautiful art books there.

 

Due to a limited amount of time, I made my priority finding Sarah's book. I got it! I was so excited. I spent my 35+ minutes looking at Sarah's book and few others.

I finally cleaned up and organized my craft room enough so that I can get back in there and create! This week, I went a little crazy in as many sketchbooks as I could - here are a few of the pages I created.

The first artist I studied was Craig wylie and on the right oage I mixed with other back ground to change and experiment new atmosphere using Photoshop

Across two pages. Imitating progression of time as the train move down the track. Watercolour, Ink, Pencil used to complete composition.

Sketchbook....

We were made to do blind line drawings in college. We could not remove our pencils or look at our paper. I always thought they were fun, so I decided to give it a go blind drawing my cuckoo clock.
