Très joli maison de maître avec lierre en habit rouge et bordeaux. Croquis du bas, passage du Quai du Verdanson, que j'emprunte tous les jours de la semaine, et que je dessine le samedi :)

Quick sketches 1/6/2017 - Good friend Jay Weesner does a sketch or drawing everyday. I am going to give that a shot. Can't hurt and I am sure it would be fun.

This warm-up sketch exposes where I'm bad at (and still need to learn). I can't draw a descent bear from memory, and I lack skills in the fashion drawing department.
So yeah, I sometimes completely goof up, and have to work hard to suck less. Expect some bear drawing and fashion explorations in the coming days.
This year, I created a series of illustrations for a static theme downloadable for PlayStation3 and PSP called Beyond Reality. Here you can have a look at my sketches.
This is the original sketch, scanned into Paint.Net, before I tidied it up to create an outline drawing suitable for tracing onto fabric.

Sketch from memory.
I was with a piece of A4 paper and a ballpoint in my hand doing a job in the furniture ware house when suddenly an animal - I believe it was a 'Garangan' (small Asian mongoose) or herpestes javanicus - appeared running so quick by the wall fence behind the grass. Then I tried to record what I'd seen on this A4 paper. I've never had a close encounter with this animal before. Man ... it moved so quickly.
