Pencil sketches, after ref. I like the left ones the best, maybe the lower one best of all. Ironically that's the one I used least time on :)
Approx one and half hrs to complete this drawing

Sketching at the Lego council now. The rally is against the NE development of HK. If the project is approved, the Hong Kong-China border will be effectively dissolved, leaving Hong Kong defenceless against any form of China's aggression.
The North East New Territories Development Project, if approved by the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, would enable Mainland Chinese to enter Hong Kong without a visa, which will in effect remove the border between Hong Kong and China. Contravening the “One Country, Two Systems", as promised and made into law by London and Beijing, this will severely endanger the lives of seven million Hongkongers. More info please go to this link:

Die zwischen 1913 und 1917 im Jugendstil nach Plänen von Fritz Landauer und Heinrich Lömpel errichtete Synagoge der Israelitischen Kultusgemeinde Schwaben-Augsburg ist ein einzigartiges Zeugnis deutsch-jüdischer Geschichte.

Evening sketch, Square Prud'hon, what one can see under the sun umbrellas.
Croquis du soir, Place Prud'hon, ce qu'on peut voir depuis sous les parasols.

Just a little time to sketch in the early morning and late evening
Juste un tout petit peu de temps pour croquer, tôt le matin et tard le soir
Before leaving Vancouver to live in Kitchener-Waterloo (Ontario) with Bob, I stayed with my sister and her family for a couple of days before my plane left. My nephew (late teens) was still at home and we spent a lot of time together, much of it in his room, him playing his bass, talking about all manner of things. As always, not knowing the adventure that would unfold before each of us. I sketched this during one of our conversations. Remington typewriter on the desk (originally my sister’s, circa 1960), he rejected hi-tech at that time. A great way to wrap up my time in Vancouver.
