Some info about the lamb: The lamb is fresh Cowra lamb from Breakout River Meats, situated along the banks of the Lachlan River at the head of the Lachlan Valleywhich is classed as one of the most fertile valleys in the world. Lambs produced in the Cowra region have the reputation of being the best lambs in Australia.
This is probably my best pour so far - even though I was experimenting with dosing and tamping, heh.
I broke my V60 yesterday. The only good thing coming out of this unfortunate drop is the return of a long time neglected Aeropress. Produces a super clean cup. I used Nicaragua Santa Rosa from Padre Coffee this morning and it was glorious.
