i went to Single Origin in Surry Hills with Xenia.

It has the best coffee!

and also the most perfectionist barista....

He made me a mocha, and then when i pulled out my camera and started taking photos of it, he quickly made me a new one.....coz the first one wasn't his best!....lol

Serving a variety of single-origin coffees from around the world, this little cafe is worth a visit in the Queen Victoria Market

A sample of the contents of our cupboard. We have a lot of chocolate on hand right now, but we eat it very slowly, savoring each piece. A bar will last a week or more for the two of us.
