Simplicity 8615; ©1970; A Pattern from Simplicity's "How-To-Sew" Series. Misses' Dress in Two Lengths, Vest and Tie: (Including a Tissue Lesson Chart ... "How to Set in Sleeves"). The dress with back zipper and lowered waistline seam has inverted pleats in front, "V" shaped neckline, collar and optional, contrasting tie. Mini-length V. 1 has short set-in sleeves. Regular length V. 2 is sleeveless. The lined, sleeveless and collarless vest with front button closing has low "V" shaped neckline.
Simplicity 4726; ca. 1963; Cross Stitch Charts. Envelope includes 8 full-color charts for 13 different deisgns for cross-stitch embroidery on 1/8" checked gingham. The designs are suitable for chilren's clothes, skirts, place mats, curtains, dish towels, table cloths, etc.
Includes heart border, geometric border, "walls of Troy" border, rose motif, rose corner, rose border, diamond border, fish motif, tulip motif, daisy motif, chicken border, poisettia motif, paper doll border, butterfly border, sailor motif.
French seams and a hand sewn hem. Not sure I would bother with the button opening at the back if I did this again.

Sleeveless V. 2 has neck ruffle faced with contrasting fabric. V. 3 has short set-in sleeves, collar, ribbon bow. A "Mother & Daughter" fashion, for Daughter see Simplicity 5902.

Except for the stiffness of the fabric, I love this shirt. I was really pleased with how it turned out.

V. 1 and 3 have contrasting, button trimmed front band and collar. V. 1 with patch pockets has button trimmed contrasting flaps and cuffs. V. 1 and 2 have below elbow length sleeves. Collarless V. 2 with top-stitching has patch pockets and purchased belt. V. 3 has short sleeves. The pants V. 3 have elastic waistline casing.
Made from blue corduroy print. I added a cotton "lining" - not a true lining, but made by just sandwiching two pieces together and sewing as one. I was really surprised at how well this went together.
Simplicity 2927, a Project Runway pattern. Made with 100% organic cotton from Bishopston Trading. I dyed the grey myself, using Dylon "Antique Grey" over the unbleached fabric.

Simplicity 8563; ©1969; Girls' and Misses' Apron with LOVE Transfer: The apron V. 1 & 2 have back button closing. Rick-rack trimmed V. 1 without side seams has squared neckline and armholes and contrasting heart shaped pocket trimmed with "Love" applique. V. 2 with tie ends stitched in front darts has cobbler pockets and lowered round neckline.
The panties, cut in two pieces, have a set-in crotch. Lower edges are bound or finished with lace. Buttons close the left side opening. The bloomers, cut in two pieces, are finished at the upper front with bias facing and the back is fitted with elastic. Buttons close the left side.
Simplicity 5459; ©1964; Misses' Jiffy One-Piece Dress or Jumper: Simple to Sew. The loosely fitted dress has a scooped neckline, front underarm darts and slit openings in side seams. Back laps over front at shoulders fastening with buttons. A self fabric tie belt may be worn. V. 1 features a patch pocket and top-stitching trim. Self fabric bow accent slit openings in V. 2 dress.

Young Contemporary Fashion: The dress with skirt stitched to shaped bodice above normal waistline has back zipper, "V" shaped neckline, set-in sleeves gathered to armholes and collar with tie ends. Mini length V. 1 with short flared sleeves has contrasting collar and tie ends. Ankle length V. 2 with embroidered eyelet edging trim has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs.
Blouse from Simplicity pattern 3364 from 1940. Slightly altered by gathering the blouse into a waistband instead of shaping with tucks and darts.
