Misses' Maternity Tunic and Pants. The pants have adjustable, elastic waistline casing. The top-stitched tunic V.1 & 2 with front zipper has stand-up collar, patch pockets and short set-in sleeves. the tunic V.3, 4 & 5 with back zipper has short set-in sleeves. V.1 is trimmed with purchased frogs. V.3 & 5 are collarless. V.3 has belt stitched in dart seams. V.4 features top-stitched contrasting collar and button trimmed tab made of pants fabric. V.5 has ribbon tie belt.
Simplicity 8356; ©1969; Misses' Jacket or Sleeveless Jacket, Jumper and Pants: The top-stitched, sleeveless and collarless jumper with pleated skirt stitched to bodice in a lowered waistline seam has slightly lowered round neckline and back zipper. The lined, collarless jacket made either sleeveless or with long set-in sleeves has front princess seaming, "V" neckline, front button closing, pleat in center back seam and welts. The pants have side zipper and waistband.

Pink cotton crinkle cheesecloth with cotton lace trim . This was my 10 year old daughter's 3rd sewing project - I helped with inset sleeves and applying trim. I also altered the tissue to fit, otherwise she made it herself.

Regular-length View 1 has about bracelet-length, bell-shaped, set-in sleeves with scalloped lower edges. Regular-length View 2 has short set-in sleeves. View 2 and 3 have scalloped hemline. Above knee-length View 3 is sleeveless.

V. 1 has above-the-elbow length sleeves and eyelet edging trim. V. 2 has collar, short gathered sleeves and ribbon tie belt. V. 3 is sleeveless, has collar and self fabric belt and bias trim.
