V. 1, 2, 3 and 4 have short set-in sleeves. V. 1 has novelty braid trim. V. 4 has contrasting "collar". V. 5 and 6 are sleeveless. V. 5 has novelty braid trim.
Suggested fabrics: double knit, polyester knit, cotton knit, surah, crepe, cotton sateen, pique, canvas, duck, homespun, hopsacking, poplin, cotton jacquard, silk linen, linen.
Additional notions required: thread, seam binding or stretch lace, neckline zipper (16”), optional belt.

The pants (views 1, 2, or 3) have back zipper and elastic waistline casing.
S5023 1972 The bodysuits with snap fastened crotch has elastic at leg edges. V1, 2 and 3 have back zipper. V1 , 2 and 4 have set in sleeves. V1 and 3 have roll collar. V1 has long sleeves. Collarless V2 features button trimmed long sleeves with slit openings. Sleeveless V3 has cut in armholes. V4 with short sleeves has pointed collar, and front opening fastened with eyelets and lacing.
Blouse from Simplicity pattern 3364 from 1940. Slightly altered by gathering the blouse into a waistband instead of shaping with tucks and darts.

This is my best photo for simplicity. I chose this photo since the building had an appealing pattern and the contrast between the building and the sky. I used Lightroom to first crop the photo and make the lines even and the building to the right less distracting. I also made my whites brighter because I really wanted the building to stand out against the blue sky. I also made the blacks a little darker so the pattern the windows make isn't disrupted by the items that you can see through them.
Simplicity 8356; ©1969; Misses' Jacket or Sleeveless Jacket, Jumper and Pants: The top-stitched, sleeveless and collarless jumper with pleated skirt stitched to bodice in a lowered waistline seam has slightly lowered round neckline and back zipper. The lined, collarless jacket made either sleeveless or with long set-in sleeves has front princess seaming, "V" neckline, front button closing, pleat in center back seam and welts. The pants have side zipper and waistband.
The panties, cut in two pieces, have a set-in crotch. Lower edges are bound or finished with lace. Buttons close the left side opening. The bloomers, cut in two pieces, are finished at the upper front with bias facing and the back is fitted with elastic. Buttons close the left side.
