Sewing Pattern Reviews like it but suggest extending the kangaroo pocket to the hem for a tidier look.

I LOVE MY NEW CAMERA!!

It focuses SO well. Would you LOOK at that shriveled berry?! Perfect focus! =DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD

muslin passed the test, off to make another! (and this is the pattern pose, more or less).

This ruffle was soooo fiddly. Had some issues with attaching this, some due to operator error and some missing information in the instructions. Now this is complete and ready to attach front to back at shoulders. Fabric was underlined with white lining fabric.

Twilling together and facing the world, just wish for simplicity in life.

I used some stretchy poly-cotton left over from a skirt I made ages ago (it didn't fit), and for some reason already had the elastic, so I guess it was fate. Took three hours, maybe? Anyway, I'm dead proud of myself.
