vintage 1966 simplicity pattern. My pattern was size 12, and I had to grade up several sizes. I left off the ruffle detail.

Simplicity 5966; ©1973; Miss Petites' and Misses' Dress: The dress V. 1 & 2 with skirt stitched to bodice above normal waistline has back zipper and top-stitched front and neck band. V. 1 with long set-in sleeves has contrasting neck and sleeve bands, V. 2 has short set-in sleeves.

60s dress pattern, cut - complete, jiffy easy joked dress

Simplicity 8834; ©1970; Misses' Blouses and Tank Top: The blouse V. 1, 2, 3 and 4 with back zipper, has high round neckline and set-in sleeves may be worn with purchased belt. Button trimmed V. 1 and 2 with short sleeves feature contrasting neck band. V. 3 and 4 with long sleeves have "bias-roll" collar. Sleeveless and collarless tank top V. 4 and 5 have back zipper and low round neckline.

1966 - GIRLS' AND CHUBBIES' ONE-PIECE DRESS: The dress gathered to yoke has back zipper and set-in sleeves. V. 1 with Peter-Pan collar has long sleeves gathered to buttoned cuffs. Collarless V. 2 and 3 have short sleeves and novelty braid trim. V. 3 contrasting yoke and sleeves are made of bonded lace as well as other fabrics.

I think this is Simplicity 1449, and I think it is size 2. It's pretty close to if not exactly identical to Simplicity 5695 (now out of print), which is the first pattern I made when I started sewing again ~7 years ago. Fabric is April Cornell "A Little Romance."
