Healing with Color is easy and for me, it really works. I don't think healing means that everything is suddenly better or an illness is cured. It's more about a moment in time when I have an important insight that helps me move forward or understand better what is troubling me.
Illness, particularly chronic illness, often comes in waves. One day might be fair, another good and some are very difficult.
Healing with color is a form of meditation. I love the pumpkin-orange. My friend, Sue, from Dreamwalker's Sanctuary, remarked that orange is energizing, which made sense that I was so attracted to it a few weeks ago when fatigue and sadness were challenging my body and heart.
The various yellows in the botanical gardens toward the end of summer and in the first days of Autumn, immediately drew me into a brighter place in my mind. I like that, even if the feeling only lasts for a few minutes.

Everything from the market--a feast of fresh baked bread from Le Panier, Beecher's flagship and some brie-like cheeses, and a juicy pear. The cheese softened to perfection in the warm sun. Best picnic ever. (Food not recycled.) Check out the large size for more lovely food detail.
