This was a very simple tart.
I spread a refrigerated crust into a glass pie dish. Then emptied an 8 oz package of mozzerella on the bottom, saving some cheese for garnish. Then put in 2 containers of grape tomato. Sprinkle with italian seasoning, salt, pepper and 1/4 cup olive oil all over. Then the last of the cheese and baked for 20 min at 400 deg.
What surprised me was how SWEET these tomatoes were.

The kitchen renos are underway. We are tearing off an entire wall of the kitchen and expanding it. So currently, we are eating our meals out on the deck amongst the chaos. Let's hope it doesn't rain for the next two months, eh?
