Second day in Moab shot at the site of Balanced Rock. Able to turn 270 degrees and still see the light streaming across the sky.

the streets of munich carried a quiet hum, and there it stood, a relic from a bygone era. a porsche, its curves gleaming like polished obsidian, reflecting the fleeting moments of modernity around it. leaning over, a figure lost in thought or perhaps memory, blending seamlessly with the car’s timeless allure. the metropol garage sign above whispered of history, of lives touched by these wheels and their journeys. the muted tones stretched the gap between past and present, a bridge where nostalgia lingers, and the mind wanders.
in a narrow backstreet of palma, two bicycles lean into the passage of time. one stands whole, the other broken, both waiting quietly under the muted mediterranean light. the stone walls echo their stillness, telling a story of wear, absence, and memory.
standing in the silence between shadows and sky, she lifts her phone to the light — not to capture herself, but to echo a moment of feeling completely alive.
Never forget...
The Oculus was developed by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava. His intent was to create a structure that resembled a dove flying into the air after leaving a pair of outstretched human hands. Visitors can see this expression in the exterior steel columns.

What Three Word Location w3w.co/probably.crispier.leader
Llyn Gwynant is a lake on the course of the River Glaslyn in Caernarfonshire. It lies within Snowdonia, overlooked by Snowdon itself, which rises sharply from the north shore, looming in the north and northwest, and by surrounding mountains.
Llyn Gwynant lies on the River Glaslyn, in the Nant Gwynant valley. It is a natural lake, scoured out by glacial action and is 124 acres in size.
The A498 runs down the valley here and along the lake’s south shore. A mile or so downstream (southwest) is Llyn Dinas, and the village of Bethania lies between these two lakes.
It was used as a filming location in the 2003 film 'Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life', and the 2022 film 'Brian and Charles'.
The view towards Llyn Gwynant and Moel Hebog is one of the most photographed in Snowdonia.
Llyn Gwynant is a popular place for canoeing and kayaking.

Side Arena floor corridor, Anfiteatro Segóbriga
Segóbriga, is a former Roman city near Saelices, in the province of Cuenca España. It is possibly one of the most important archaeological sites of the Spanish Meseta. The name Segóbriga derives from two words of Celtiberians language: Sego; meaning victory and & briga; meaning city fortress .
I must admit to being partial to light on rocks, moss covered or not. Many a painter revels in them. Unfortunately no deer or elephants about at the time but the richness of the ferns made up for it : even slightly de-saturated ( sacrilege it seems on Flickr ).
The Back Stab isn’t just a photograph of birds. It’s a metaphor — for how even the gentlest forms can carry tension. For how beauty sometimes masks intent. And for how the sharpest wounds don’t always come from enemies — but from those just behind us.
sitting in the dim glow of a late friday afternoon, christopher reads. the world around him fades into shadow, but the pages reflect the light. his fingers rest on the spine of a well-worn book, a bridge between past and present. a watch glints on his wrist, measuring time he no longer counts. behind him, the quiet hum of palma de mallorca—footsteps, distant voices, the scent of old paper and ink. his store, a sanctuary of literature, waits patiently. in this moment, he is not a bookseller, not an owner. just a reader lost in a world within worlds.
a man stands in the middle of the bridge, his face just barely caught by the light. another figure lingers in the shadows, unmoving. the city is still, but something feels off. is this just a quiet night— or the moment before something happens?
arnulfsteg, munich.
caught between movement and stillness—he sleeps, the world doesn’t. reflections pass like ghosts, unaware. the sun holds him gently. valencia, you gave me this.
