The topic for Macro Mondays is Shadow Play,. I have no idea what this shriveled up thing is, but it's about 3/4 inch across, and all those wrinkles help nicely with the shadow play. To light it, I laid a small flashlight (torch) on the table beside it, in order to create such harsh shadows.

Shadow is going out more and more. This morning he saw Maggie on top of my desk and was quite fascinated by her being up there. He looked and looked and finally decided the chair would be the best way to get up to join her. He touched the chair and it moved - and he got scared and ran back to his room!
