In the 4-H Table Setting Contest at the Lancaster County Super Fair, youth select a theme and display one place setting, including table covering, dishes, glassware, silverware, centerpiece and menu. Youth choose one of the following categories: formal, casual, picnic or birthday.

During the contest, youth set up their table and have five minutes to present their table setting to a judge. After all judging is complete, the public is welcome to view the tables.
The Super Fair is produced by Lancaster County Agricultural Society, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that promotes agriculture, youth and community. Learn more about Super Fair at SuperFair.org

this was just a setup test but i thought it still came out well.

This was the setup I used for my second shot of this red flower. This time, I just put the two front feet of the tripod against the planter and raised the extender arm high enough to get a good shot of the flower. The stool is there for me to sit on, because my knees hurt a lot when I kneel.
Day 63 took 4 setups. Living room, family room, garage, finally knew what i wanted to do in the kitchen ^_^ Lucky i got it done in time for sahur.
I forgot i took off the snoot on the 2nd SB800 before i took the setup shot. Gomen nasai for the inaccuracy..

1st exposure (stove off, shoe on stove):
1 snooted SB800 camera right (CLS M 1/32), 1 snooted SB800 w/ 3/4 CTO gel camera left (CLS M 1/8)
2nd exposure (stove on, shoe off stove):
no strobes, just plain long exposure (1/2 seconds)
No shoe was harmed during this shoot :)
Our hanging cherry tomatoe plant gave it's first fruit of the season to us today.

strobist info: 15W fluorescent bulb on an €5 IKEA desk lamp behind notebook. Two sheets of copy paper as reflectors each side of notebook.
The setup for smoke1 and smoke2
Just one vivitar 285HV to the right at about 100 degrees camera right and a dark navy bed sheet :-) the exposure knocked it into pure black.

Today I set my mother´s Computer up, hooked it into my WIFI, loaded the Firefox down, created an email-account, and explained the basic principles behind orders, files and documents.

On the left on a pillow is the omnilight(sunpak auto 220) 1/1 power (not adjustable, Doh!)
Right is the Softbox I made(550EX), about 1/2 1/4 power
The strobe and cam's values on this pic are not precise, because I shot it before the final picture, and I fiddled a little with the power to get the effect I wanted.
