I wish I knew why these out of focus shots of water drops on botanical thingys always make me smile. They just do...

Sunset at Seri Menanti with abandanoned jetty in the foreground.

However, fishermen still dock their boats here.

Continuing my 'Toy-ronto Life' and 'Little Planets' series...

I watched the full moon of December known as Full Cold Moon on the early morning a couple of days ago. The moon was setting and the sun was rising opposite each other - it was one of those magic moments when celestial bodies are having a rendezvous!

I loved how the sunlight played on the buildings while moon was peeking through the cityscape. ...I thought to myself that it'll be perfect for my planetary magic with some bits of texture spells :-)

Happy mid-week!

UPDATE: This Toronto Planet image was chosen as Photo of the Day on Dec 11, 2014 at "Toronto Is Awesome"! Whoo-hoo :-)

Aberystwyth War Memorial At Sunset.

Loved the look of this leaf suspended in a spider's web.

“We have this day restored the Sovereign to Whom all men ought to be obedient. He reigns in heaven and from the rising to the setting of the sun, let His kingdom come.”

Samuel Adams

Fog and low clouds lifted just in time for sunset yesterday.

The instense colors caused by the sunset, combined with deep shadows make this one a favorite. Similar to another, this one is from another angle and has the sun lower in the sky.

A white line to follow. A cheery yellow background. A journey in tiny steps.

Another view of Natural Falls State Park.

Natural Falls was the setting for the filming of the popular movie, "Where the Red Fern Grows". It was commonly known as Dripping Springs by local residents. The name was changed when the state acquired the property because there are other Dripping Springs in Oklahoma.

Natural Falls State Park is located just a few miles west of the Arkansas state line city of Siloam Springs in Oklahoma. It is a 77-foot waterfall that is one of the largest and easiest to access in the entire Oklahoma and Arkansas region.

setting sun in moisture clouds

It may have been a grey wet day, but the sunset was gorgeous :)

“setting sun”

As the year is coming to a close, some things are meant to set or fade away. Other things will shine on and reveal the road ahead. I hope you are finding your light in this bustling world.

I will continue the endless search for my inner self and keep building a connection with the universe.

Happy Holidays, friends. Thank you for being there to support me and the images I am so blessed to be able to make.

Thank you Emily Poli for being a glorious soul and modeling.

Kingston Lacy is a country house and estate near Wimborne Minster, Dorset, England. It was for many years the family seat of the Bankes family who lived nearby at Corfe Castle until its destruction in the English Civil War after its incumbent owners, Sir John Bankes and Dame Mary, had remained loyal to Charles I.

Osteospermum 'Saucey Plum' and the red foliage of Euonymus alatus 'Compacta.' The red of the Winged Burning Bush is so brilliant that I find that it gives me the shivers.

Hard to believe this was once home to Robbie and Anne Northway, as described in Mike Cawthorne's book 'Wilderness Dreams'.
