This was another piecing experiment gone awry that's been floating around ever since. I actually really like the way this one turned out, despite how lame it looks in the scan. Note to self: tulle, sequins, and metallic thread don't scan well. That is all.

I love how this came out. This time I picked out pink and orange sequins and did a different ornamental stitching to get my felt pieces together. This one is for me to keep :)

The backing of this corsage is a beautiful pearlised sequin leaf

The central design is a pretty mixture of miniture roses, satin blossom and diamantes.

Mirror glass deco-piece. Inspired by an old favourite dress. This one's for Seemy who was so full of fizz and sparkle but also loved wearing black....She would have liked the black outlines here. 3" by 3". This was meant to be a serious piece of painted glass and then the paints started laughing. That's when sequins jumped in and added to the mischief. Seemy was like that.......laughing for no reason and always finding some fun somewhere for us all to enjoy. She would have loved this video as well.....It's also "supposed" to be a "sad" song but the singers just can't help sounding happy!! All the cool paper crafters are using sequin waste. That inspired this entire purchase.

This colorful skirt is "Willie Smith" brand, a brand of "TJ Max" and has lots of rainbow embroidery and sequins.
