Sensor from a Sony Nex-5N

Volunteer at Southport with a researchers team from IMAS ( Institute for Marine and Antartic studies ), an Institute of the University of Tasmania. Many thanks to the team, interesting to know more about abalones.

Southport, 2012.

A before/after shot to show dust on my sensor. I swiped the sensor with an Arctic Butterfly brush before the after image. Not bad, not bad at all.

Sensor on the nose of some sort of plane.

The paper-out microswitch, home sensor and printhead connector fitted.

Here is a closeup of one of the new BMS battery sensor modules. It was originally designed to bolt directly to the most negative battery terminal in the string of four that it monitors, but I don't like that design in an automotive environment subject to lots of vibration. I prefer to use Nordlock washers and to crank down the terminal screws to spec. I used a ring terminal to connect to one of the tapped bus bars or jumpers to measure the voltage. The four positive terminal leads are connected to smaller ring terminals and the taps on the bus bars or jumpers.

Data Harvest Wireless Smart Sensor

I am trying my sensor in my arm for the first time. It hurts a little but I suspect that will go away soon.

A microneedle-based sensor puck designed by Sandia researchers means quicker results for health care providers and less pain than a blood draw for patients. The wearable sensor system tracks levels of vancomycin, a "last line of defense" antibiotic.

TS is the temparature sensing node of the SeeMoto system. It provides accurate, realtime temperature information to the system and has logging capabilities for off-line use. The TS-Temperature sensor is battery operated, and requires no wiring and is thus very easy to install on any location.

Picture taken at 50mm f:22, over a white roof. PP whit Camera Raw to show dust spot more crearly.

The picture was flipped to show the sensor as seen from the lens bayonet in a way to make easier the clean up.

Some very big spot on the right center side.

Featuring a new glass lens design in a hearty IP67 housing, Balluff introduces the new BOS 50K series family of photoelectric sensors. With an impressive 2m sensing range, this background suppression sensor and its highly-visible red light emitter is simple to set up and adjust, and it can detect objects regardless of color. It is a superior choice for installations where laser sensors may cause safety concerns or perform poorly due to contaminants in the air.

Agfa Agfamatic 4008 Tele Pocket Sensor camera for 110 format with Fukkatsu 100 ISO black and white film, process before date of December 2018. This film came in a cassette tabbed for high speed but was modified to expose at the low speed setting. Developed in Adox Adonal diluted 1+25 for 7 minutes at 20ºC.

This project explores the “secret” life of hotels through different people from different nationalities and play with the mystical atmosphere of an “abandoned” building . Each hotel room sees many users going through its doors. Although taking place in the same room, the individual experiences and feeling of these temporary residents can be extremely varied and colourful.

I created a sound, olfactive and visual piece of artwork for the show.

I used recordings of interviews of people, from various background and nationalities. I asked each person a simple question: “Can you tell me the story of an experience you had in an hotel room”.

I chose one of the empty hotel rooms and played the people stories in there.

I projected cut outs shadows of a room furnitures and hanged a glass bottom for each story, in there was a smeel related to the story beeing told.

If you order back up sensors online there are many companies that may even offer you free shipping. There are many different types and brands of back up sensors and doing some comparative shopping for the best price on sensors is smart. Do not neglect getting back up sensors any further.

Barometric sensor, Shrimp, FTDI, RGB LED strip, resistors, NPNs & a lorra wire! Coding next and then if it works, transfer to perfboard, lots of soldering, testing and only if it all still works it'll be transferred to skirt = *phew*!

I knew the sensor on my 40D was dirty but damn I had no idea it was that bad! Good thing I have a new set of dust-aid cleaners on the way.
