This one sockedness has been my MO for a few days at home when I want to wear these flip flops. I don't want to cintaminate the new art, but the other foot is hot and sure doesn't require a sock. So I go one socked.

My day was nice. I went to church with my family and went out for breakfast.

It all properly caught up with me today.

Tired and grumpy today. And snappy.

But another big meeting completed successfully today :-) Was unofficial photographer again during one section of it but not even had a chance to see if the shots look ok yet.

12 hours in the office; then a 2 hour conference call (although I have to confess that I did go to Waitrose to do my food shopping during it too! LOL) Well the USA conveniently forgot the 5 hour time difference and I needed food!

Abigael's again tonight. Proper food for dinner (not sandwiches or rubbish).

Got my 4th wind (2nd and 3rd winds during the day) this evening and Abigael and I talked the hind legs off a donkey and her husband Alan.

And then fell asleep in the bath!!!

11. I want to travel, and this summer I'm going to Europe for a month!!! I'm so excited!!

12. I love music, and would be lost without my iPod. My favorite songs right now are :

13. I'm 5'4", which feels a lot shorter when your 14-year-old brother is as tall as you!

15. I took ice skating lessons when I was younger, and now I really wish I'd stuck with it and competed.

Got a new softbox, Westcott Apollo 28x28, also bought the 40 degree Grid. Set it up tonight and took some hand held self portraits, to test things out. Most of these were shot with manual setting via YN-622C, at either 1/8th power or 1/4 power, focal length set to auto

My day was good. It rained a little today. The game was delayed for a short while.

20th May 2010, I had the pleasure of doing my own photo shoot. Of course there were no professional stylist, makeup artist and photographer (with assistant), I took all this with my Nikon D40x- no tripod,no external flash, no softbox, just the cam -myself and my left hand -(i am lefthanded by the way)

Nothing like an entourage to draw attention. Cheerio for now, dahlings!

My day was great. I was going to work today and they asked me where was I at. They told me that start time was six, not seven. I forgot to put it on my calendar.
