Mediumweight cotton. Was a curtain. Used some as a patch on a pair of pants for E. He'd like a backpack made from it too.
This design printed in gold foil was inserted into each of the four Secondhand Sureshot records that were drop shopped back into the thrift store bins.

… I’ve been visiting secondhand bookshops for decades, although so many have vanished (“the internet changes everything”) so finding a ‘bricks and mortar’ emporium is now a rare delicacy. My stereotype bookseller is an older introverted and invariably grumpy male, crouched in a dingy corner tapping on a keyboard (as books are slowly catalogued on-line), his jumper stained with aged foodstuffs. So I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon a non-stereotyped Tyona or Ty in her Westleton bookshop. We had a brief chat and she’s clearly passionate about books, has an engaging voice (link below) and happened to be wearing fluffy pink slippers …

Eens in de zoveel tijd tafelen wij met een paar vrienden. Dat houdt in de hele avond doen over 5-6 gangen, en dan meestal gerechten die je normaal niet maakt (zeker niet met kids, hoewel...).
Om het dit keer niet alleen culinair aan te kleden maar ook letterlijk zijn we naar verschillende kringloopwinkels gegaan en hebben daar een allegaartje aan borden gekocht.
Op elke soort kwam een ander gerecht. De bedoeling was om ze na de afwas weer terug te brengen, maar eigenlijk vind ik ze best wel erg leuk....
Once in a while we dine with friends. Meaning; taking the whole evening to enioy 5-6 dishes, and than mostly unusual recipes.
This time we wanted to no only care about dressing up the food, but also the table. So we went to several recycleshops and bought this pile of supposedly ugly plates. A different plate for every dish.
We meant to bring them back after washing up, but I kind of started to like the ugly pile....
