Philadelphians know that City Hall is in the midst of being restored. But you can't really appreciate how much work needs to be done until you take the tour. Look at the discoloration and rust deposits on the facade. I took this photo from the chamber on the 7th floor.
What's most disappointing is that the City can't find a use for this building. I read a post on Phillyblog that said there are a few courtrooms, and some judges' chambers, But City Hall is largely a vast wasteland. It's sad to see such a glorious building fall into disrepair and disuse.
Not a bad result, but I couldn't become a champion on this tournament. Need more practice and physical training.
I think this is much better. Bit brighter, froth looks a bit better (although probably still too milky) and the colour of the beer looks a bit better (its a nutty bitter). Very pleased!
I think others have done it a lot better though. Still room to improve:

last time i was here it rained on me kems and jimboe....and i rocked a nose character holding a can....
today was dope as hell...minus the rain while painting.......rock'n wit the best. jimboe, preys, and kem5 word up yall good times today. shout out to the bruins too for winning...all around fun time.
also rest in peace to my book...got rained on...... but with that said.....time for some new thangs!!!
