12th scale - échelle 1/12e. Knitted in embroidery wool with 1 mm knitting needles. Tricoté avec des aiguilles à tricoter d'1 mm et de la laine à broder.
This little pitcher started out being a vase. I got a little lopsided with the carving, so made a handle and spout to turn it into a pitcher instead.

Actually this area in the scale model and in real life is made up of all the Brooklyn beaches, Coney, Brighton, etc. That white section jutting out is the Coney Island Pier.
This is a simple design that looks soft and pretty with the Aqua background and Pink inside. It doesn't need any flowers, but I liked how a few looked for the pictures.
The top part of the fireplace has been glued on, and the whole thing is now in the right place.
I'm still undecided about the extra piece to the right of the fireplace, near the top of the wall

The first fridge I made for Lavender Coottage was not right. I wanted an older-style fridge with a rounded top for Lavender Cottage. This is how I built it using pieces of quarter round and square bits.
With some of the styrofoam "rocks" already in place. Another "rock" has just been glued on and is drying.
The pillar has not been glued in place yet, but is resting in a cavity carved into the "rock".
