Drastic action is called for. Who needs to pay to be weighed every week? A very public weigh in and I'm off and running - well sort of. This entry in early because I'm busy all day and evening tomorrow (not eating). Good meeting tonight.
This is one of the school's water machines... Since this one is outdoors, the water left on the machine was evaporated during the summer, leaving the lime scale behind.. It does make you think how many years it has been since it was last cleaned...

These scales are not contemporaneous to Wilson, but they were donated by Ron Day, who was a reference librarian at the Library for over 30 years.
My fave panoramic shot of the Dumas supercell on 18th May 2010
BBC BANG - ROTATION, ENERGY and SCALE
I love this panorama of the Dumas Supercell I saw earlier this year. The whole thing was rotating over our heads. You can really see the scale of the storm and even the edge of the microburst of energy as the storm unleashes rain and hail from the core.
