Our Savior has been without a full-time shepherd for 12 years. They received Home Missions funding in spring 2022 to restart their ministry. The 17-member core group is committed to outreach with support from a new home missionary.
We had a bit of a run-in with a snowbank on our way up the trail. First Leif picked us up (pushing his five pairs of skis out of the way to make room in the car!), and then Bill came and ploughed and pulled us out. Huzzah! This is also the snowplough famous for its role on Car Talk.
This guy came up to me during the rally and we talked about his involvement in National Day of Prayer for the Cleveland area. Really nice people all around Public Square today, and it's always great to talk to friendly Clevelanders

Hooray! Karla made it through customs, and as an added super-mega-deluxe bonus, she not only found our luggage (yay), she got it through as well! There was much rejoicing.
It's a quarter past midnight. I found out I have a sinus AND ear infection today and I had a few things that HAD to be done today, do teally exhausted! Now I have my wheat thins, almond butter and celestial seasonings Honey vanilla chamomile tea and feeling better! This tea is simply sublime, I recommend it highly. And the icing on the cake, the movie "The Holiday" just started! Feeling better!
