What the heck is Avoid Using Plastics Movement (AUP)?
Avoid using plastics movement is an independent faction dedicated to caring for the environment, seeking simple yet effective ways to revitalize the now ceasing awareness for the degrading environment. We remain in constant support to the roles played by the environmentalists that are one with us in our motives.
We also seek to renew the perception that small steps do nothing for a big problem. We believe that by starting little we can more effectively bring out our agendas; screaming silently and awakening the dormant love for nature inside each one of us.
Our Objectives

☻Promote responsible use of plastics.
☻Minimize the use of non-environmental friendly subjects.
☻Combat environmental degradation.
☻Promote awareness about the current state of the environment.
☻Create a vision in individuals that surpasses the ignorance of many.
☻Start saving Mother Nature in modest but efficient ways, from one’s own perspective.

Pollinators need to be saved from extinction because they are a vital part of our ecological balance, living beings that deserve a healthy lifespan, and beautiful, rhythmic creatures. Responding to the world around us through poetry and music, we want to educate others about the pollinators' current struggles and celebrate their beauty.

My special boy was saved by Judith of Dogs Hope Rescue on November 19th, 2004. He was at the Charlotte/Mecklenburg Animal Control (where I volunteer). He could not be adopted out because he had terrible fear issues. He was only 7 months old. His time was almost up when Judith took him home to Dogs Hope. While there, he gained confidence and grew into an amazing boy. I adopted him on December 31st, 2004 and he has been such a special part of our family. I can't imagine life with out him. Thank you Judith, for my special Benni!!!!!

The Komen Race for the Cure was held yesterday in Hunt Valley, MD. I walked the 5K with my sisters, niece, nephew and friends. We walked in memory of our friend who we lost last year at the heart-breaking young age of 30.
There were about 30,000 people there yesterday and every single one of them friendly and devoid of crabbiness - and together we raised a shit-ton of money. What a wonderful experience.
These two were in front of us in the shuttle line at the end of the day. What could be more perfect?

and better off centralized
so that once the kids have bussed 45 minutes each way
every morning and every afternoon
you can start the neglect all over again...
