I particularly like that we put an orange warning banner above each gun - just in case you don't see this huge blue thing spraying snow at a million miles an hour and t a million decibels you will be saved by the banner!
Honoring our Nine Contra Costa Fire Districts and Local Residents for
their bravery, courage and determination to save lives in our community. Every day, seven people die in home fires. The American Red Cross wants to do everything we can to prevent these needless tragedies. Year round we install smoke alarms but there is a big push from April 27 thru May 12, to rally 30,000 volunteers and partners to install 100,000 free smoke alarms and help families create home fire escape plans in Contra Costa County and 100 high-risk communities nationwide. There are 550 confirmed lives saved by the Red Cross Home Fire Campaign.
One day out of your life could change someone else’s forever.
