I've had this idea for a long time.

and here's something to answer your question about this photo:

Yes, that is the Wiccan/Pagan pentacle.

Yes, I know it is not evil or has anything to do with the devil.

Yes, I am Wiccan. and damn proud.

And yes, I know the cross is a Christian symbol.

I took this shot because people are ignorant and do not understand other religions. They think the pentacle has something to do with the devil, and it does not.

So about the photo. The cross is not the background-ish area, and the pentacle is before it. I used macro so the cross is meant to be blurred.

I am sorry if I offended anyone, but this interpert this as you'd like and let me know what you think.

I switched on the television this afternoon in order to watch a show called "Live Earth." A load of Celebs, each with a larger monthly carbon footprint than I could manage in a lifetime told us all how we could Save the Earth if only we would switch off all our electricity at the same time, and blow the Power Stations to pieces when we all switched them on again. There was a lot of Jaw Jaw, not much music, and what music there was was crap. I decided to save the earth by switching off.

Jesus Saves sign from the Church of the Open Door in down town Los Angeles. The sign was moved here after the church was torn down because of earthquake damage.

The rhetoric caused this stupendous cover photo, a salute between the two flags!

Primary design for a donation campaign including screen promotions, web banner and giving cards. Used to promote special offering for the japan catastrophe that will happen over two weeks. Primary audience is the church family. Goal is to convey that giving something = saving someone, as in our money is more than just a resource, but literally a tool of salvation to those impacted.

Wanted something simple, yet iconic and striking. Wood background is only there to differentiate the border of the white screen - screens/banners/cards will all be white. Thoughts? Improvements?

On our recent trip to Maine we found a fellow named Nathan Nicholls who does what he calls "Recycle Art". Nathan lives in the Waldoboro area and his property is full of metal sculptures, etc that he has created using various metal "junk" and a welder. I am always amazed by people who have the ability to take a lump of clay, an empty canvas or in this case, a pile of metal "junk" and create something appealing out of it. Nathan was very welcoming and we spent several hours taking photos of his works of art. Nathan's work can be found at 483 Breman Road, Waldoboro, Me. The "Save the Earth" spring guy is one of Nathan's simpler pieces and is one of several that I think he used to express some of his ideologies.
