These are the sample socks photographed for the book. LOVED knitting with the yarn and the rib pattern was easy to memorize.

the samples weren't ready yet but we bought some anyway, they smelled
soooooooo good! we weren't far away from the stand and he came over &
tapped us on the shoulder and called over to have a taste anyway.
after, we wished we had bought more! aaaahhhh!
