Train BICB passes Adair about 2 hours after the IAIS 6988 deadhead move was seen in the same location in the previous post.

Headed out. Walking down the hallway to the elevators I pass by my doppleganger and decided to take a quick snapshot. I don't think she notice but I did....lol. We're even wearing the same outfit from Neve. She must've been shopping at Tres Chic too. Neve released the Overalls and I couldn't wait to get them but seems as if i wasn't the only one. Ladies, If you're wanting these Overall by Neve, make sure you hit up Tres Chic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As always happy shopping ladies! ☺

"Everywhere there’s snow surround you

And melt your troubles away

I can only hope to feel the same

I know that we tired in the joy this time next year

But happiness has never felt so far away"

Hurts

2007 was the year my sister got married to the horrible miserable disgraceful person that is her husband. He has done things that I will never be able to talk about.

Still, my sister not only is still living with him, she's having another baby.

Now, my sister is at the hospital. Her pregnancy is a risky one. On thursday (December 23th) she started to bleed a lot. She bled for 3 whole days, she could had bled to death... she spend Christmas eve, Christmas day and Helena's birthday (December 26th) on a hospital bed. She's still there, still bleeding (but it's has "improved" now). The doctors have given her an injection to "mature" the fetus's lungs. She might have to give birth way before due time.

She knew her pregnancy had issues. So did her husband. But he'd make her work hard every single day. They have a company for children's party animations. They mount big trampolines, mechanic bulls, soap soccer, inflatable castles, bounce houses and so on.

I just wish she had courage and wisdom. But it's plain obvious that she'll have a sorry life. And don't you think we haven't tried to help her. Many, many... many times.

Imaged waiting for the Pleiades to get high enough above the horizon (previous images).

Taken same day as www.flickr.com/photos/138912516@N03/24384412161/in/dateta... -- I was originally going to throw this one away but decided it was worth keeping when deleting old photos today. It shows very clearly why the snow could become so golden in the sunset that day.

Same shot as in the Comparison shot but with the frame cropped out and levels adjusted.

I have photographed this same little palm tree a few times over the years, usually with a normal camera (not IR-converted). For a similar photo in colour taken in March 2022: flic.kr/p/2nYGwZv. Also a B&W photo taken in February 2021: flic.kr/p/2kF1vrs

same evening as in previous shots, cross-eyed stereogram

the concert music's culture in the Kurdistan

Spent a half hour trying my hand at a pen and ink version of last week's sketch. Same fairly large scale. Not showing all the paper in this snapshot because I didn't get to all of it yet. Trying to tackle it in the same style as I did with pencil--sketching using quick expressive lines instead of trying to make it very neat and controlled. It's an action scene. Hoping it will come out feeling that way with lots of energy. We'll see. No more time for it today so I thought I'd capture this in process photo and be able to analyze its steps later on--perhaps just to see where I go wrong, who knows!

Same old energy baby, history repeats,

Same old energy baby, they'll march you through the streets.

Same old energy baby, they fear what they don't know.

Same old energy baby, you've burned this way before.

They are flowers from another mother

But still two of a kind

They share the same energy

They are soulmates

They just know that

They have known each other forever

Infinity is the correct word

They are waiting

Longing

Aren't close in distance

Actually it's an ocean in between them

How is that possible

My photo is still a dream

A fantasy

A dog and a couple

So where is the Captain of my heart

Let me guess

Could it be so far as Montreal

Or am I now only dreaming

Flirting

Well, I'm a flirter

This image is quite romantic tho

I guess I'm in love

Yes

In love with life

And of course in love with you

And who might that one be

It's a puzzle isn't it 😊

Looking up to the World.....

Same field as the other photo but taken from the roadside.

This lovely Canadian goose returns to the same nesting place each year. This year she has produced five lovely goslings. Here they are at less than one day old.

Dad is busy patrolling the lake.

Some more gosling pictures to follow.

Same location, same weather, different season.

Same location as the Wood Duck, just a different day. No ticks this time either! A little fuller in the frame then I would like because I had to level the shot out and this guy came in really close when I had my extender on. Swinging my lens slightly ended up flushing him.

New leaf shoot on the same unknown tropical

Same bud different angle. I thought at one time these had died off. I asked my son to water them while I was away and he forgot leaving them all withered and lifeless. I was going to throw the pot out, when i saw this tiny little bud no bigger than a match head and here he is now. I hope more will be on the way. Everything has the right to live.

same dress, same legs, same everything really, but just a different pose.

Same kind of process as last nights shot but using a 24mm Sunagor lens with a mask for the first part which was lit with the DLW with a bitmap of fire playing out. Mid-Exposure lens swap to 14mm Samyang and a 7 way rotation of the camera looking at a circular plexi shape lit with Ryu's V2 on slow strobe all mounted on a wheel on a tripod. I then changed the rotation axis and did 2x 3way rotations on each side. Grand!

A little further ahead, the river opens into this suspended vision, as if guiding me step by step toward its main course.

The fog wraps everything, turning the landscape into an unreal threshold: reflections blend with branches, the water becomes a thin veil, and silence takes on its own shape.

In the distance, barely visible through the mist, a narrow strip of land emerges from nowhere. On it, a few trees rise like a natural watershed, a fragile boundary between what is near and what slips away.

It is a passage point, a line that separates two worlds and, at the same time, brings them together.

This image feels as if it has walked out of a dream —

one of those that leave a trace of light in your eyes and a quiet sense of belonging in your chest.

Here, the Ticino doesn’t just flow: it guides, shelters, and leads.

Same little flower, have turned it sepia and am loving it :)

Same place different night.

After the Storm

From the living room window 24 mm just wasn't wide enough to go corner to corner, so I went with multiple captures and PhotoMerge for a 12,000x8,000 pixel result.

Check it out by double clicking with the magnifying tool where you can see individual snowflakes reflecting light back at the lens.

Same park, different plant

This thistle-like plant (growing alongside some ‘proper thistles) is knapweed. We grow some domesticated varieties in our garden. But this one has a spikier head. So, it caught my eye.
