The Rusty Nail in Karen is a family-run restaurant set in acres of splendid mature gardens just away from the hustle of the main Karen shopping area. The restaurant features several different dining areas, including the patio terrace overlooking the gardens, a bar (which is ever popular with the local residents and sports fans) & dining area inside which regularly features exhibitions from local artists and a large gazebo area which can accommodate larger parties.

This rusty old safe is embedded in the outside wall of an old office building in Laurence Pountney Hill in the City of London. If you look closely you can see where the locks have been drilled out (perhaps someone lost the key).
Rusty is a PBJ kitten rescued from West Virginia where he and his siblings were being used for target practice. It is possible that only Rusty escaped, I don't know the whole story. Rusty is a polydactyl kitty with multiple "thumbs" on each paw. We couldn't get a good picture of his paws.
January 2012 - Rusty has found his forever home!!!!
Rusty is fantastic! He gets along with everyone and eberything!! He lives with a cat that he sleeps with and loves other dogs, great with kids and all people. He likes to play with other dogs and loves the beach and will swim in the waves. He is about 55 lbs now and knows sit, down and stay. He has great recall off leash. Rusty is house trained and crate trained and is a pretty mellow guy for a young dog - almost 11 months now. He is a total snuggle bug and loves nothing more than to snuggle up on the couch at night with you.
Rusty has amused his foster mom with his puppy antics. He is a typical young dog and is an extremely entertaining fellow with loads of charisma to boot!
Rusty just adores other dogs and would do best being adopted by someone who has another dog to play with.
Rusty would make the perfect family dog!

Spotted this rusty moose hiding out in the flower garden at the Freeport, Maine Visitor Center.
PS - "The Rusty Moose" sounds like a great name for a pub... ;-)

Sure Rusty would probably be more than happy to see her old stuff again but she likes new stuff too.
1. Pinnacle Pine - Natural Cat Litter - (smells like pine!)
2. Ribble Board Cat Bed (3 lift out, throw away inserts to "get that radioactivity right out of the house")
3. t/d Oral Health Dry Cat Food (used as treats)
4. New litter tray (last one was approx. 100 yrs old)
5. Snoozzy Washable Flat Mat (lovely and soft)
Rusty's stories were many. Trucking, ranching, his children and the tragic loss of his wife of twenty years made this one of my more interesting sittings.
