(ARCHILOCHUS COLUBRIS)-FIELD MARKS-metallic green above adult male has brilliant red throat, black chin, whitish underparts, dusky green sides- female has whitish throat;grayish below,buffy wash on sides.
Ruby red glass cabochon, embellished with red crystals and red and golden seed beads.
The cabochon pendant is hanaged on rich red and gold seed beads necklace.
The full length of the necklace is 24" (60 cm). The diameter of the pendant is 1.8" (4.8 cm).
The pendant is unique, one of a kind and handmade, made with love and care.
FOV: 4" wide.

This is the preferred perch for this male ruby-throated hummingbird. Sure, it perches other places, but not as much as this perch. As you can see, it can't stay long before it is time to launch another defense of his territory.

It became The Broadmoor Fine Foods/Broadmoor Teletray Drive Inn/Broadmoor Restaurant on July 14th, 1954, Shoney's Big Boy on October 12th, 1958, which relocated here in spring 1976, Ground Round in winter 1982, which closed in April 1994, and Richmond Finance Company in the late 1990s.
