I am SO not a routine person (my mam on the other hand is)... while she plods along very happily, I'm often rushing around like a headless chicken. So I am trying to adopt the 'r' word so I can keep me head and become more ploddy.

The routine(s) enrich human life in long run. A person who gets up early in morning can enjoy solitude and the silence of morning time can refresh mind. A person who takes his breakfast at regular time can benefit from great health. A person who regularly exercises can be physically fit. A person who prays daily has a great peace in life. A person who reads his lessons daily can perform well in exams. A person who reaches office in time can finish all his duties at time and feel relaxed when he gets back home in evening. A Person who can speak out truth or sing aloud regularly can have stress free heart. And the list goes on.

 

Regularly practicing routines in life and strictly following it up keeps you busy. Only empty minds are devil workshop. The routines can engage you from day start to end. Scrap things enter less in brains if you plan healthy routines.
