Goose Lake Prairie before sunrise. The prairie is still, quiet, low hanging fog rolls through the grass and small trees covering everything in a fine mist. As the sun comes up the fog burns off within minutes and the day begins.
A day of bright sunshine and passing clouds fortunately no rain. It was about waiting for the sun to re-emerge , to come out of hiding and hoping that the sky didn't clear completely , the last thing I wanted was a clear blue sky.

UP local YBE51X 14 heads north along the Rock River as it passes the Nicholas Conservatory & Gardens and Sinnissippi Lagoon. The branch usually sees service once a week to service the remaining two customers in Loves Park.

BNSF 816 Chugs up the hill into Catawissa going a pretty concerning speed for the notch and train length… well right down the track they would call dispatch to report a mechanical problem which I’m gonna assume this was a recurring problem since they were stopped before at Eureka and dispatch got pretty ticked they didn’t stop at Pacific before toning
It's that time of year again in the Palouse region of Eastern Washington. The spring greens have already began to pop and within a few weeks the hills will be electrified once again. Spring has arrived for the birds on the Röllingwiese in the Ruhr valley
Portugal has some of the best surf in the world and the Cascais area is one of the best. Just north of the Cascais harbour is Hell's Gate where the surf hits the cliffs at and angle, so it rushed past you from north to south. The proverbial "sounds like a freight train" applies big time.
E' opportuno considerare come non tutti hanno in sé una vocazione al lavoro interiore, molti tenderanno a giustificare il proprio stato dell'essere, altri ancora neppure volgeranno lo sguardo oltre la punta del proprio naso. Ciò perché molti di noi sono nati o senza una forza interiore capace di essere impiegata in tale opera, oppure senza nessuna sensibilità verso la comprensione dell’essere.
In assenza di questa ferma motivazione interiore, volta alla presa di coscienza, molti continueranno a oscillare fra istanze psicologiche, contrapponendo una visione della vita ad altra visione della vita, oppure semplicemente sosterranno quella che è più comoda in un dato momento. La strada a minima resistenza è sempre in agguato.
L'uomo è portato a credere alle filastrocche, alla cantilena interiore, che hanno come effetto quello di ipnotizzarlo. La cantilena interiore è come una madre sempre feconda. Essa si articolerà in una pluralità di storie prive di verità, ma proprio il loro numero, la loro ripetizione, la loro costante presenza porterà l'uomo a credere in esse, rendendolo come un povero insetto caduto in una ragnatela mortale

And odd combination, green grass and autumn colored trees. Lots of rain this winter has brought the grass to life, the trees will wait till spring. Another quick stop today for a photo op.
