Raanu, leader of the fire tribe.
"may your swords and shields preserve the peace."
This was my substitute build of Raanu for the glatorian collab, but at the end it wasn't needed anymore. I still got a kick out of this build, cus it basically was a one day build and it was fun to work with the colors and weapons!
I hope I did it justice ;p
This my own version of Roodaka. I really like this character and I decided to integrate her in my own universe. I'm particularly proud of the build because I kept the right female proportions in adding Roodaka's own details like rakshi heads. Enjoy ;)

NEW POST! Vengeful Threads @ REVAMPED!
Blog: venomzanzibar.blogspot.com/2016/04/the-devil-wears-black-...
I had built this as a test for a new build, it turned out alright. Sadly Nuparu here was soon scrapped for parts afterwords. He was too good for this world.

Toxic Reapa was my second breakout set and he was pretty slick at the time, like Evo. I was inspired by Beardly Designs Voltix design and wanted to use that frame for something else. And Toxic Reapa seemed to fit that torso pretty well. Credit to him for the torso, arms and backpack design.
The original's stature was one of my favourite things about him, so whilst making him taller he's still not as tall as Evo, The guns of the original were terrible, so I gave him some real guns that he can holster. The tanks on his back are the best thing I've adapted from the original. I can't explain it well, but those tanks are the only trans neon green parts and they stand out superbly.
My first attempt at a revamp, the classic LEGO Technic set "Fire Slizer" from the Slizers/Throwbots theme. Also my first photoshop attempt to place my characters in a detailed background. Stay tuned for more, Ice Slizer coming in a few days!
"There must be hundreds of them!"
I decided to revamp a Sentry as a counterpart to my 'Mk. 2' Uplink. This upgraded version is bigger and tougher than the original, with swappable weapons modules to mount between the shoulders. I couldn't find a neat way to include control sticks at the front, so I'm just imagining that the Iron Drone piloting the machine is connected and can control it wirelessly.
Bring back Exo-Force!
tried to differentiate her head tendrils from moor's a bit more this time around. probably my favorite armor so far among them
This revamp is for the 2017 Bio Cup.

I wanted to revamp a system set for this first eliminatory round. Exo Force seemed like the perfect option for this. It gave me a chance to make the mech more sleek and spiderlike. This revamp should be pretty similar in size to the original. The parts concentration is larger due to the technic in it.
For a blog contest a while back on BZP. Not sure why I didn't give it bulkier legs and by the time I realized the problem I had started taking it apart for another MOC.
The former leader of the Toa Cordak and everyone’s favorite guilt-ridden Toa of Air, Lesovikk is a character haunted by his past. His self-perceived failure to live up to the standards of the Toa exempts him from the Toa Code, and he is willing to kill his opponents, making him one of the more interesting protagonists to write for.

A revamp of Conjurer, a model from the Dark Hunter Contest in 2005; in quite the likeness to the Tracker and his Ice 'Bull-dog' I made two years ago for a BZpower contest.
After narrowing the colour scheme to the one you see, I decided to go for an elegant, pompous and lordly look befitting a 'Dramatic Warrior King Conquerer Genius Magician'.
He does it all, man.
Very, very pleased with how this turned out. All three main colours are of course very limited in variety, so I had to really make good use of what I had.
The prophesied 7th Toa, come to stop the Makuta from keeping his own brother in an eternal sleep.
I took some inspiration from Bukkey's Takanuva, mainly how the arms are connected, the legs and the staff.
Entry for the 2017 Bio-Cup.
A revamp of #8696 Bitil, the yellow Mistika Makuta.
~
In my humble opinion, Bitil is the worst Bionicle canister set ever released. Ever.
For me, Bionicle didn't end in 2010 with the Stars and the golden armour, the planets and the giant robots.
No. It ended the moment I first gazed upon Bitil.
Compared to the other Makuta, he's just so goofy. He's just so weird. He's just so lame.
His colours? Ew. His 'swords'? Ugh. His torso? Bruh.
And his neck. His NECK. Don't get me started on his neck...
I had to ask myself: Where was his power? Where was his menace? Where was his evil? And most importantly, where was a redeeming quality that justified the loss of my hard-earned savings? Recession days, they hurt.
So right there and then, we decided that we would never buy a Bionicle from the store ever again.
Bitil. Just might be worse than Good Guy.
~
In this revamp, I really wanted to execute on the 'fantasy' Bitil was going for: A fearsome, monstrous, dangerous and bright yellow insectoid.
As well as delivering on existing features like his red shoulder spikes, wings and long-limbed, inhuman proportions, I took some other liberties also, such as adapting those 'swords' into forelimbs and introducing some sand-green.
Features folding wings and poseable torso, plus he comfortably fits an Av-Matoran on his back.

Went with ibukkey0's revamp of the contest winning Helryx, though with some modifications to the legs. Also used the mace design of Galva_, which was the design I backed until the bitter end of the contest.
Happy to finally have a representation of Helryx in my collection!
After posting my self-moc's revamp 2 months ago, this one was bound to happen as well. It utilizes mostly the same build with certain differences.

This is version 5 or 6 (I lost count) I tried to emulate the proportions of "bignicle" frame. I think it looks okay, it definitely need some more refining.
When I was young I used to think that using system parts to make bionicle was sacrilege, but with the most recent bionicle GWP we got in 2023, I think using system is fair game. In this revamp of Gali, it’s all using system parts besides her kanohi kaukau and her hooks, which I thought were absolutely essential to include.
