After infiltrating the business building in the inner city district, the EU Units located the second of the three places where the SSA arrest the hostages. This little shed was located at the coast of Abu Dhabi right next to the wall around the inner city districts. The SSA Units are simply powerless against the EU strike forces.

Off for a bit this week having my flying saucer repaired. Took Elon Musk's recommendation and brought the ship to Coyote, proprietor of Coyote's Flying Saucer Retrievals and Repairs Service located in the desert along I-8 in scenic Jacumba, California.

I spotted this lovely bird on a footpath across the road as I was pulling out in my car. A quick turn around up the road and a careful parking nearby, plus a quiet as I could retrieval of camera and lens from the car boot and I got one shot then off he went across the bay!

Holland Track Water Drop – September 2016 – Holland #50

A disappointing weekend in the eastern Sierras. I had been planning this trip at New Moon for several months to do some Night Photography at Mono Lake, Mammoth Lakes and nearby areas. I went with my son and oldest granddaughter, both of whom are aspiring photographers. Wouldn't you know it, the sky was covered with clouds and to make matters worse, smoke and haze from the Yosemite fire to the west made night shooting impossible and we didn't even have a decent sunset, which would have been spectacular from the smoke alone. I was fortunate to see this shot develop as the sun broke through the clouds for a brief moment and illuminated these Tufa formations in the lake. This was taken from the Marina Beach on the west shore of Mono and not from the South Tufa area where I've previously shot and where most photographers go.

Just remembering the beauty and grace exhibited by the great blue herons during their courtship, breeding, and nesting seasons. From their graceful glide over the surface of the water, to their careful selection of the perfect stick or branch, to their elegantly executed landing as they return to the nest, and to their greeting and togetherness that they exhibit when they both lovingly place it in the nest ... it's all such a true love story.

I hope that the GBHs remember that part of the season more than their heads being grabbed and abused by their young wanting to be fed NOW! LOL.

Hope everyone's week is off to a good beginning. Thanks for stopping by to view.

I guess you could call this one a breakup gun.

It wouldn't have worked, and it was better for it to end now instead of later, but I still have to say that the feeling it left me with sucks a lot.

CN has combined L588, consisting of one box car and one steel coil car, and L544, consisting of 30+ ash and limestone hopper cars, for the run south out of Centralia, IL. The train is seen crossing the UP Pinckneyville Sub at Tamaroa, which consists of two switches rather than a diamond. The crew would leave the hoppers at Layfield for later retrieval by a "normal" run of 544.

"We were on just another routine patrol through the city's outer limits when the order came. My commlink beeped twice and upon retrieval displayed the fuzzy blue image of a cloaked man his face hidden by his cowl, he then spoke three words which would forever change the galaxy... "Execute order sixty-six." Our General died quickly and without suffering, it was the least we could do for such a respected leader and warrior...

I swear college is destroying any and all creative ability or motivation I have. Building an application for Dts took a lot longer than it should have and honestly while I do like the build, it's definitely not my best or what I had originally imagined. I'm definitely going to try an diversify my builds more, try some new things and hopefully get back in the rhythm.

253rd members keep an eye out for 16.2, it should be out within the week (hopefully tomorrow). Also I'm currently planning a modern scene/vig so any suggestions or tech to try would be much appreciated.

The title is rounded btw (for anyone who decided to check my math).

The Empire usually issues orders for retrieval of stolen imperial vehicles that bandits are very quick to dismount. Bossk and IG-88 has teamed-up to retrieve an old imperial dropship which has been largely modified. The bandits are to be put under imperial disposition. Easy money for the bounty hunters team - they are no deal for their unified skills.

5:30 AM- Walking in the moonlit forest along the Teton foothills the fog magically drifted across the alpine lakes. The still and calm air amplified my hurried footsteps and deep breathing as I climbed up the trail. My headlamp cast moving shadows on the trees, elevating my primal urge to run. In the back of my mind, I started thinking about that can of bear spray that I almost bought at Costco but didn't because I thought I wouldn't ever need it. Now, I hoped I wouldn't need it.

6:15 AM- The Fog started building up as the first sign of sunrise dimly lit the cloudy sky, eventually giving me a better lay of the land and potential shooting opportunities. I knew that I wanted to capture the first light on Mount Moran, and I wanted to find the right spot. Coming over a crest in the trail, the path opened up into this scene you see here. I stopped in my tracks, in awe!. The low clouds, the fog on the water, the glowing colors in the sky....it was just breathtaking.

Capturing the peak of the color, I continued up the path, never putting my camera down because the photo opportunities were so often. The Fog seemed to get thicker as the sun rose in the sky extending the amazing atmosphere, and I enjoyed every last minute of it.

7:30 AM- I could hear the footsteps of the occasional passerby, wishing me a good morning as they hiked to their destination. As I made my way back to my car I felt a huge sense of accomplishment and gratitude to have witnessed and captured this moment. I have so much respect for our National Parks and the hard-working people who maintain our natural resources to make experiences like this possible. Thank you!

So you have been in the intergalactic shipping business awhile when suddenly one of your trans-planetary shipments goes missing. What fate has befallen the vessel? Was it possibly damaged by a sneaky astroid field, pulled off coarse by an unforeseen planet's gravity, or perhaps crash landed in some foreign planets toxic ocean? You don't really need to get that stuff in the shipping containers back, do you? Of course you do, so buy one of our multi-purpose retrieval units and you can kick back while your missing goods are returned in time for the next shipping cycle.

Another, perhaps better, shot of my latest build with some mild extra background elements to give some additional purpose and life to the bot.

A view of the Hyderabad skyline taken from the Westin Hotel at night. This is a stitch of six images taken in portrait orientation using a PENTAX 24-70mm f/2.8 lens. I shot at 24mm with an aperture of f/11. Each frame was developed from RAW using DxO Optics Pro 11 with stitching was performed in Affinity Photo v1.51.54.

The art of losing isn't hard to master; so many things seem filled with the intent to be lost that their loss is no disaster.

Lose something every day.

Accept the fluster of lost door keys, the hour badly spent.

The art of losing isn't hard to master.

I lost two cities, lovely ones.

And, vaster, some realms I owned, two rivers, a continent.

I miss them, but it wasn't a disaster.

Even losing you (the joking voice, a gesture I love)I shan't have lied.

It's evident the art of losing's not too hard to master though it may look like (Write it!) like disaster.

The Emergency Medical Retrieval Service (EMRS), provides patients with life threatening conditions in remote and rural areas of Scotland, with rapid access to the skills of a consultant in emergency or intensive care medicine. The consultants are ready to respond to requests for help, by helicopter or plane, within minutes.

SGHD funded a west coast pilot of EMRS for 18 months commencing in June 2008. Over the 18 months to the end of November 2009 EMRS has undertaken 356 retrievals and given advice on a further 283 patients.

In 1070 Pope Alexander II ordered the Normans to do penance for killing so many people during their conquest of England. So William the Conqueror vowed to build an abbey where the Battle of Hastings had taken place, with the high altar of its church on the supposed spot where King Harold fell in that battle on Saturday, 14 October 1066. He did start building it, dedicating it to St. Martin, sometimes known as "the Apostle of the Gauls," though William died before it was completed. Its church was finished in about 1094 and consecrated during the reign of his son William Rufus. William the Conqueror had ruled that the Church of St Martin of Battle was to be exempted from all episcopal jurisdiction, putting it on the level of Canterbury. It was remodelled in the late 13th century but virtually destroyed during the Dissolution of the Monasteries under King Henry VIII.
