The Maison Losseau is an Art Nouveau private house located in Mons, Belgium. Dating from the 18th century, it was renovated in Art Nouveau style in the early 1900s at the request of Léon Losseau by Paul Saintenoy. It is listed on the list of the exceptional heritage site of Wallonia and since 2015 houses a center for the interpretation of Léon Losseau's collections and regional literature. The house is located at number 37 rue de Nimy in Mons, next to the courthouse.
The neoclassical façade is covered with a white coating. The entrance door is detached, consisting of black cast iron columns decorated with golden leaves (1908) and fuchsia flowers of the same color.The house has very refined details. Each piece has a flower theme.The lobby has for example the theme of pink and orchid. A canopy with wooden beams overlooks the living room, which was decorated in 1911 by 15 pâte de verres of Amalric Walter representing the Belfry of Thuin and the river Sambre.
The facade, the roof and the interior of the house are classified as heritage monuments on the list of the exceptional heritage sites of Wallonia. Since 19 April 1982, the facade and the roofs are classified as heritage while the interior of the house was classified in 21 November 1983. In 2015, after a project launched in the early 2010s in anticipation of Mons 2015, a renovation began in 2011, the house reopened to the public in 2015. It houses a center for the interpretation of Léon Losseau's collections and a center for regional literature.
The original house was built in the eighteenth century. It was acquired in 1873 by Charles Losseau, the father of Léon Losseau.

It was completely renovated by Paul Saintenoy who was contacted in 1899 by Léon Losseau, lawyer, bibliophile, photographer and art patron. The finishing works were entrusted to Parisian architects Henri Sauvage and Charles Sarazin and continued by the Brussels architect Louis Sauvage.[9][10] Paul Saintenoy began its work in 1900 and completed it in 1904, while the majority of decorations were made between 1905 and 1912. The renovation that ended in 1913 included the addition of electricity, central heating and an elevator. Once the renovation was completed, it became the first private house in Mons equipped with electricity and central heating.
During his life, Léon Losseau accumulated more than 100,000 books in his private library, mostly devoted to politics, but also to literature and poetry. A foundation was created in 1952 to manage his legacy.

The super request for impeachment of Jair Bolsonaro (no party) filed this Wednesday (06/30), in the Chamber of Deputies, states that the president committed at least 21 crimes described in Law No. 1,079/1950 (Impeachment Law).
The request brings together the articulation of parties and parliamentarians with broad political orientations, from left to right, social leaders, collectives and popular movements, as well as individuals.

8-Use authorities under your immediate subordination to abuse power.
9- Subvert or try to subvert the political and social order. Act: threat to institutions;
10- Inciting military personnel to disobey the law or infraction of discipline. Act: go to the demonstration in favor of military intervention;
11- Provoking animosity in the armed classes. Act: allies incited mutiny in the case of the policeman killed by other police officers in Salvador;
12- Violating social rights guaranteed in the Constitution. Act: Omissions and Errors in Combating the Pandemic;
13- Crime against the country's internal security. Act: omissions and errors in combating the pandemic;
14- Decree a state of siege without serious internal commotion. Act: compared the sanitary measures of governors during the pandemic (lockdown) with a state of siege;
15- Allow the violation of federal law of public order. Act: promote revolt against social isolation in the pandemic;
16- Crime against probity in administration. Act: pandemic management and attacks on the electoral process;
17- Issue orders contrary to the Constitution. Act: exchanges in the Armed Forces;
18- Proceed in a manner incompatible with the decorum of the office. Act: lies for political advantage;
19- Neglecting the conservation of national heritage. Act: financial management in the pandemic and delays in meeting the demands of states and municipalities in the health crisis;
20- Crime against compliance with court decisions. Act: not create a plan to protect indigenous peoples in the pandemic.

CAMP BESTIVAL 2013
Camp Bestival has its niche firmly carved out as the premier child-friendly but musically-credible event on the summer calendar, the festival in Dorset has also managed to retain a boutique ambience whilst having a capacity of some 30,000. That said, when it feels like over half of your crowd are in the five to ten age-bracket, maybe you can squeeze a lot more little bodies into the available space.
And it’s a fact that there are children everywhere. Children in pushchairs, children in custom-pimped trollies, children up flagpoles, children weighed down by stacks of 10p deposit pint cups. There are kids crammed against the fence around the jousting arena, kids making clay models and kids sprouting tails. There’s youngsters learning to dance, being entertained by the blue coats and hanging upside-down from the giant Hi De Hi letters on the hill above the Big Top.
Indeed it almost seems to have been an entry-requirement that you brought a toddler or pre-teen with you to get through the gates.
There were still some people without young families in tow this year – but they were in a considerable minority. Fundamentally, Camp Bestival takes the concept of a festival kids’ zone to the limits and still doesn't leave the ‘adult entertainment’ as an afterthought.

We celebrate light in our pictures. Understanding how light interacts with the camera is paramount to the work we do. The temperature, intensity and source of light can wield different photography effect on the same subject or scene; add ISO, aperture and speed, the camera, the lens type, focal length and filters…the combination is varied and multi-layered and if you know how to use them all, you will come to appreciate that all lights are useful, even those surrounded by a lot of darkness.
We are guided by three passions, simple but overwhelmingly strong, our longing to capture in print, that which is beautiful, the constant search for the one picture, and constant barrage of new equipment and style of photography.
