Because BJTs in the large TO-3P package are starting to get rare, I didn't have many options to replace the 2SB817/2SD1047s that the amp ships with. I ended up with 2SA1962 / 2SC5242s as they have similar specs to the originals. Here they are mounted to the heatsink rail.
