My first ever COMPLETE Monster High repaint. I don't have the proper size brushes anymore, so I had to cut down old ones. It is wobbly and wonky. Sort of off. But she came out okay. Now I just need to find someone to do a re-root for me. Perhaps an exchange? One repaint for one reroot?

I repainted his suit yellow because he was originally painted an almost flesh colour (which made him look silly).

all nail holes were removed and
all furniture was pushed to the center, floors were masked to prevent overspray all nail holes patched, a coat of primer was applied to all walls and two coats on an interior flat paint was applied after the primer was dry, furniture was moved back and floors were vacumed
Walls are Benjamin Moore 'Suntan Yellow' (Regal Select) in an eggshell finish. Trim is Sherwin Williams 'Extra White' (Emerald) in a semi-gloss finish. Ceilings are Zinsser Stainblock Ceiling Paint in flat bright white (straight out of the can). Light fixtures are West Elm's Sculptural Glass Faceted Flushmount - Small (Milk). Prints are a selection of National Park posters from etsy/PurpleMooseBasics
The four Monster High girls I've customized so far.
Left to right:
- Spectra Vondergeist, dubbed Anima, Repainted and outfit (except for the crevat) by me;
- Dead tired Ghoulia Yelps, dubbed Patient Zero, Repainted, modded and shirt by me, skirt from Mimiwoo;
- Skull Shores Abbey Bominable, no new nickname, Repainted and top by me, wig from MonstroDesings ("pimped" with some of her original hair), pants are Ghoulia's;
- Sweet 1600 Draculaura, dubbed Pinkie Pie, repainted, skirt and wig by me, shirt was originally a trips funnies sticker.
I still have two more Monster High girls, a Dead Tired Cleo who will become an autumn fairy and a Venus McFlytrap, who will be an Absinthe fairy (La Fée verte).
