A rendering to decide on furniture. We decided to go with painted cubes instead to accommodate the episodic nature of the play.
This rendering was created with SolidWorks 2010 CAD software back in May 2011. This model also earned me a 1st place ribbon at the San Diego Del Mar Fair as a collection of scaled LEGO piece engineering drawings of the engine block and overall views of the entire model. I measured every piece carefully and estimated the tolerances before drafting them. I recreated each part down to the studs, groves, and anti studs and even added a slight fillet to the edges of the studs. I will now always be able to recite the basic metric dimensions of LEGO bricks from memory.
This is an artistic rendering of the Alpha Configuration of the CTAO's northern hemisphere site or CTAO-North. The site already hosts a prototype of the Large-Sized Telescope, the LST-1 (top left), but the plan is for the site to host four LSTs and nine Medium-Sized Telescopes (MSTs) to cover CTAO’s low and medium energy range. The array is located on the existing site of the Instituto de AstrofÃsica de Canarias’ (IAC’s) Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos on the island of La Palma in the Canary Islands (Spain). At 2,200 metres altitude and nestled on a plateau below the rim of an extinct volcanic crater, the site currently hosts a variety of telescopes operating at different wavelengths, including the Telescopio Nazionale Galileo (TNG) and Gran Telescopio de Canarias (GTC), visible in the upper part of the image, as well as CTAO predecessor the Major Atmospheric Gamma-Ray Imaging Cherenkov (MAGIC) telescopes (not pictured).

This is a final rendering looking up from the LA river to my cemetery project, done in 3GA at sci-ARC.
This is a base 3d model I built for a student design competition. Students are asked to redesign the elevator lobby and the building facade for the architecture firm.
As you might recongize, super wide angle lens is used in the rendering, along with correction lens. (Something that I can never afford in real life.... =.=)
