"Mint, fresh from the chocolatier’s garden, brings memories of the cottage herb garden."
Notes: I'm usually not a fan of mint chocolates, but this truffle was very good. For once, I liked the fact that the infusion played second to the dark chocolate. The mint was certainly detectable, but not overpowering as many mint-flavored/infused sweets are. It was refreshing to have a mint chocolate that didn't taste like toothpaste!!
The mint was very fresh and less grassy-tasting than I had expected, but it was very good. I was pleasantly surprised.
We stopped for refreshments in the shape of super yummy sweets and a bowl of tea.
My apple shaped sweet was delicious and the tea was lovely and refreshing.
Daintree National Park, a rainforest in Far North Queensland, Australia, is 62 miles northwest of Cairns. It was founded in 1981 and is part of the Wet Tropics of Queensland. In 1988 it became a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The park consists of two sections, with a settled agricultural area between them which includes the towns of Mossman and Daintree Village. The most spectacular and oldest part of the Daintree rain forest is north of the Daintree River where there is a range of boardwalks and untouched beaches to explore, and the endangered cassowary can be encountered anywhere. Daintree National Park is valued because of its exceptional biodiversity. It contains significant habitat for rare species and prolific birdlife. Mossman Gorge is located in the southern part of Daintree National Park in Far North Queensland, Australia, 50 miles north of the Cairns and about 3 miles from from the cane-farming town of Mossman where we are staying at the Silky Oaks Lodge . One entrance to Daintree National Park is located south of the Daintree River at Mossman Gorge where a visitor center has been built from where tourists take a shuttle bus to the gorge, where they can take a walk or a refreshing swim. Mossman Gorge is part of the traditional homeland of the indigenous Kuku Yalanji people.

I was messing around at night and always thought these coke glasses had that vintage, cool look to them. I like the way the embossed logo came out in PP.
Took this with relative simple setup thanks for Bryan Peterson's video at www.youtube.com/watch?v=KqBVWlrHqG8

People never miss out to go for this when they are at Petaling Street. This is "Air Mata Kucing", a cooling and refreshing drink that you must try.
Definitely a perfect choice during the how weather. :)
This is the Ancient Animal Market in Kashgar. It has been a Sunday ritual for over a thousand years. People come from far and wide to trade in Sheep, Cattle, Donkeys and Horses.
This man was really enjoying his slice of melon. Summer is melon season here and they are everywhere. You can buy them whole or by the slice as a refreshing snack.
chic mul naengmyun (칡물냉면) for 8000₩. this is what I came for. a non-purist's naengmyun (and trust me, it's a good thing) with arrowroot noodles instead of buckwheat, finished at the table with a dabble or two of spicy chili sauce, and a bit of mustard. this is my favorite kind of naengmyun and one of my favorite things to eat on this planet. truly a summer dish in korea, but I'll eat this any time of year no matter what the mercury says. slushy beefy broth with yoelmu kimchi liquid for tang, cucumber, pickled daikon or mu, half a hard boiled egg, a huge slice of korean pear, and finished with sesame seeds. interestingly there were no brisket slices present, not sure if that's intentional or an oversight since it's very common for mul naengmyun. the broth was not too sweet or too acidic to mask the underlying beefiness. clean, refreshing, and 100% delicious. served with hot broth to drink.
